Set of courses
A comprehensive set of courses has been developed to disseminate the knowledge accumulated over the past 30 years of providing support to consulting services across nearly all market sectors.
Consultants and company staff can now learn how to implement this methodology within their organizations.

Strategy clarification
This module guides the clarification of the business strategy by defining medium-term objectives, identifying the external context framework, conceptualizing first-level autonomous teams (self-directed teams | organisational competences), and establishing tactical goals and business improvement priorities.

Systemic Organisational modelling
This module outlines the techniques for developing the organisational architecture, including the definition of each first-level organisational competence (and its boundaries), and its decomposition into second-, third-, and subsequent-level competences. For each organisational competence at every level, the module presents methods for conducting diagnostics and defining service level agreements (SLAs).

Strategy deployment and Control
The purpose of this module is to cascade strategic and tactical objectives and indicators across the various self-directed teams established at all levels of the organisational architecture. For each team, the module outlines methodologies for conducting diagnostics and for defining objectives, performance indicators, and service level agreements (SLAs).
These elements collectively establish the necessary conditions for aligning and executing the business strategy.

Business Process Modelling
This module focuses on the modelling of business processes in alignement with the business strategy, supported by the organisational architecture of self-directed teams.
The deployment of strategic objectives and performance indicators ensure the definition of business processes' objectives and performance indicators, in alignment with the strategic ones. While guiding the definition of improvement priorities and the formulation of corresponding actions or projects.
