Jorge S. Coelho & Associados – Management Consultants, Ltd. was founded by Jorge S. Coelho in Porto on November 21, 1996, following 20 years of professional experience. The company registered SisConsult as a trademark for its consulting services in management, information technology, business processes, and organisational innovation.
Approach
Our approach is designed to empower client teams by transferring knowledge, enabling them to understand and apply the MLearn methodology effectively.
This approach relies on interactive workshops, supported by video projection, and conducted without interviews or the use of paper.
The methodology provides guidance for modelling and transforming the organisation into self-managed teams, using a systemic perspective.
Experience
The founder's knowledge and over 40 years of experience enabled the design and development of a holistic and distinctive methodology called MLearn, aimed at leading organisational and process innovation projects.
Over time, the methodology has evolved through three main development streams:

Practical experience gained from applying the methodology in numerous projects for national and international organizations, across both the private and public sectors, including central, regional, and local entities.

Academic research conducted at universities, which contributed to Master’s and PhD programs, following action research approaches.

Sharing and discussion of the methodology and its techniques in forums and conferences with academics and practitioners.
New Challenge
After nearly 30 years of practice, research, and development of the MLearn methodology, Jorge Coelho chose to focus exclusively on sharing MLearn through e-learning courses, that will be avalable at Mlearn Learning Centre (in preparation)
